I wanted to write to thank the retail staff who, when doing the water analysis, always give good advice and clear, concise instructions when it comes to getting my pool water back to crystal clear.  We’ve been customers for upwards of 15 years and have never been disappointed.  Once or twice over the years I had the water analyzed at another pool company because it was convenient on my work drive but each time the results weren’t the same so let’s just say I’ve learned my lesson.  Your staff must get excellent training as regardless of who I’ve had over the years they’ve always been knowledgeable and friendly.

"Hi, my name is June. I purchased a saltwater system, Hot Springs Spa (Jetsetter), 3 years ago. I was told that there would not be a chlorine smell. My skin smells of chlorine after each use. I actually add chlorine to the spa when the test strip indicates that the chlorine level is very low. You don’t need to use a lot of chemicals daily, but no one ever mentioned that depending on your usage, you will need to replace the cell every 1 and a half to 3 years. The cost of the cell is $1,000 with installation. Had I known about this, I would have never purchased the saltwater system. Sadly, saltwater sanitation systems for hot tubs are “over-hyped”. They are very expensive to purchase and maintain.

I now shop at All Seasons Pool & Spa because they are more knowledgeable about water chemistry and all other products. I just bought a sauna from them and they knew the answer to all of my questions. They have put me on a non-chlorine system that is more simple, less expensive, AND less labor intensive! All Seasons is the place to go when you’re shopping!

I wanted to write and thank you for your help on our recent purchase from All Seasons. We recently purchased a Sundance 780 Chelsee and the experience could not have been better! The tub is INCREDIBLE and we have spent 30 minutes in it every day since it was installed two weeks ago. Who knew there was so much to learn about hot tubs?! The specific areas we learned are as follows.

· We did extensive research and visited dealers for several different brands of hot tubs. The entire staff at All Seasons was incredibly helpful and educational. At the end of the day it was an easy choice to go with Sundance and it wasn’t really close.

· Combining our personal research along with the information provided by your staff made us feel that we had all the information we could possibly need.

· Our installation was going to be a challenge because we live in center city Philadelphia and the tub was going on a roof deck. Your staff arranged for a crane operator to evaluate the delivery in advance to make sure it could work

· We knew the actual delivery would be very intricate because the tub was going on the roof into a very small space. The delivery guys were amazing and would not give up until they got the tub into the space. They were incredibly careful to not damage anything which was quite a feat!

· After the tub was installed your staff didn’t just leave us to learn the details of the tub on our own. We got a detailed orientation on the operation and maintenance of the tub.

· Once the tub was up and running we had more questions. Your staff was always available via phone, text and email to answer anything for us. They were always so friendly and helpful no matter how annoying we must have been!


In summary, buying a hot tub was much more complicated than I initially thought but All Seasons made the process educational, easy and fun! Thanks so much. You have a customer for life!"
